Group sizes are capped at 6 so there is plenty of room to move and you get the personal attention you deserve.

FEMALE PHASE TRAINING
Exercise prescription that takes advantage of hormonal fluctuations during a woman's cycle.

Do you experience other days when your basic workout is hard, you feel heavy and lack energy?
The changes in your hormone levels during your cycle can impact mood, energy levels, appetite and fuel utilisation - which can impact physical performance.
Fortunately, the connection between a woman's menstrual cycle and how her body responds to training has been made, and by understanding how the phases of your cycle affect hormone levels, you can time your training, and even your diet, to optimise recovery and the benefits of exercise for your body.
Female Phase Training is a monthly undulating program that shifts the intensity of your workouts in response to your body's fluctuating hormone levels, working your body more when you are in the best placed hormonally to do so, and switching training style and intensity when you need to nurture yourself and take a more gentle approach.
At YGT we work with your unique rhythm to create an individual exercise program that works for you.

Postnatal Mamas Safe Exercise Program ensures mums return to exercise safely, helping them rebuild from the inside to become super fit mamas!
Taking care of YOU is the best gift you can give your baby, your family & yourself...
Our mission at YGT is to help Mamas stay fit and active whether they are exercising for two or safely returning to exercise after baby.
Our trainers are specifically trained & qualified in Pre & Post Natal exercise.
MumSafe™️ Trainers are properly trained, educated and insured. We work hand-in-hand with Women's Health Physiotherapy partners to ensure you receive the best possible care.
At YGT we encourage you to be kind to yourself, listen to your body and acknowledge the amazing work you are doing taking care of your bubba - while we set safe programs to guide your health and fitness, helping you attain the level of fitness YOU are ultimately aiming for.
We LOVE seeing your little ones at the studio, but you might want some time to yourself so, bring them along or come alone it's YOUR choice!
Once the program is completed and/or have been given the all-clear to return to regular exercise, you can rejoin your regular gym, or stay with us and continue to build your strength and fitness with our fabulous female fitness specialist trainers.
